From the reviews
I highly recommend Gabby and her practice! She has been incredibly accommodating and mindful of my unique needs, and she continuously updates her techniques to make new treatments accessible. Gabby is both knowledgeable and intuitive, a combination that has led to real progress in my wellness.
Gabby is one of the most exceptional massage therapists I’ve ever worked with!!! She brings an incredible combination of strength, intuition, and deep anatomical knowledge, all delivered with genuine care and presence. Her work goes far beyond a typical massage.
Gabby is truly amazing at what she does. I’ve been having pain in my upper back for months and went to her looking for some relief. She was immediately able to find all of my pain points and made sure to focus on those while also providing for the rest of my body as well.
Gabby saved my life, my body was in so much pain and she worked with me to address all my injuries and learned to read my body quickly. I have been getting body work from her for 3 years now and will always return to her for healing touch. Super grateful for this friendship and connection!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
