From the reviews

Naomi has the hands of a healer. Warm and firm. I could feel the release of energy cysts in my body as she coaxed my muscles and bones to cooperate to relax. I want to add the spa is located in the same parking lot as the Dollar Tree on 21st street. Having a land mark might help in navigating to her studio.

I mean who doesn't love that someone will come to you for a massage?!?! Naomi was very professional, was on time, had clear and open communication! The lotion she used was nice, no after feeling of stickiness which was appreciated.

★★★★★ — Kat, Jan 2024

Thanks to Naomi, I have less pain and more mobility than I've had in years, maybe a decade. Naomi was able to identify the root cause of the shoulder tightness and back pain that I've been experiencing, and loosen them up so that I can move freely again.

I oversee a Day Camp during the summer months and chose to treat my staff to a chair massage event. Every single one of my employees left the massage space with a smile. I could visually see the tension of those almost 20 staff members melt away.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
