I have been going here weekly for massages on my neck and shoulders by Jennie J. She does an amazing job and I haven’t had any pain in a few weeks now! I have also had sessions (massages and cupping) with Carrie and Alexandria. They do a fabulous job as well. Everyone is super friendly and professional.
Alexandria was extremely thorough and did a great job! I've never had a facial so I have nothing to compare it to but it was very relaxing! I got a 60m massage with cupping and it was AMAZING!! My shoulders are just a giant knot but I can already feel a difference after our first session!
Alexandria is Awesome! I've had major knots in my neck for over 20 years from a neurological disorder . The last few years I had to have a male therapist cuz women didn't seem to get any knots down; however I'm new to Waco and made an appt based on closeness. I'm so very glad to have chosen this location!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
