I received my first cupping massage with Eseka on Friday. She made me feel fully comfortable and I had the best massage from her. I was nervous about pain from the cupping but it wasn't painful at all. I could have slept/ rested there all day!
I am forever grateful for the incredible massages I've received from Nadia throughout my pregnancy and beyond. From the moment I started my prenatal massages during my second trimester, I knew I had found a gem. Nadia's prenatal massages were a true blessing, providing me with immense relief and relaxation.
I found Nadia (Eseka) years ago (2018) on a prenatal Groupon deal and was surprised she was so good--AMAZING actually! Every other Groupon massage provider was just so-so. I continued to see her for prenatal massages and postpartum pampering and still go now when I can.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
