From the reviews
I have been to three physical therapy groups in the last three months. Ervin physical therapy is by far above the other two therapy groups I have attended. The others have been from larger cities and In no way compare to the personalities and caring attitude that the Henderson office has shown.
I had an outstanding experience with Trevor for my shoulder physical therapy. From the very first session, Trevor demonstrated exceptional expertise and genuine care, tailoring every exercise specifically to my needs.
I definitely recommend Ervin to anyone looking for an excellent physical therapy clinic. I genuinely enjoyed and looked forward to all of my sessions, and they’ve helped me come such a long way. All of the PTs there are wonderful, and I always felt welcomed the moment I walked in.
Dealing with pain or discomfort is a choice. I decided after years of this and a little nudge from my family that I would do something about it. So I started to see the friendly knowledgeable staff at EPT and they have taught me things to do to elevate my pain and be able to do the things I enjoy doing again.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
