From the reviews

I found Jesse after my massage therapist relocated out of state. I am so thankful to have found him as he is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate and truly cares about his clients.

★★★★★ — Cj, Jun 2023

Jesse is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. He uses Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, & Structural Integration (Rolfing) for my lower back pain and sciatica that provides relief that no other massage therapist has ever done. I recommend Jesse to anyone!

★★★★★ — Dennis, Jun 2023

Jesse has been a huge help to me with massage therapy over the past year and a half. He has a gift for finding the source of the pain and knowing how to tackle the source, not just the symptoms that are bothering me. He is patient and a great listener.

★★★★★ — Mallory, Aug 2024

Jay is an ultimate professional! He is so knowledgeable and my life has changed now that I have found a medical massage practitioner to address my hip, knee and SI joint issues. He is always on time and truly cares about your outcome and continued health.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
