From the reviews
I had the most wonderful massage from Jill at Entouch yoga and massage. You could feel her positive energy during the massage. I felt wonderful after and slept like a baby that night. I would highly recommended Jill and the entire Entouch team.
We were led in 'Strike a Pose' by Jill and I enjoyed the entire hour. She was really good at getting us to just be in the moment and was very accomadating. I also appreciated how she explained things in a way where you knew exactly what the pose was supposed to feel and look like.
Entouch LLC Yoga, Massage, Wellness is a rare gem given to me by my Chiropractor, Brandon McKenzie, (another rare gem!) from Mattar Chiropractic Clinic. Thank you so much, Brandon! The location is beautifully decorated, with a peaceful and calming atmosphere.
First time visitor: Scott and his wife were super welcoming, atmosphere is inviting. Rooms were clean an organized. Scott immediately asked to address any concerns physically and from there the magic occurred. He found problem areas I wasn't even aware of.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
