I love it here. Everyone is friendly. I believe there is a therapist (or two) here to meet anyone's needs. Shannon, Richelle, and Alice are my personal favorites. Atmosphere is calm, facility is clean. Therapists are knowledgeable and I have received a lot of help with chronic migraines and sciatica issues.
This place is absolutely amazing if your looking for therapeutic massages. They really take their time and focus on the areas of concern, and were able to find things with me that 3 different chiropractors in the past have never found. The staff is absolutely amazing.

One of my favorite places to come get bodywork, massage or even to buy my CBD lotion and gifts. Very lovely front receptionists (Hi Wendy!) and seriously love so many therapists I've seen. Lisa Schwartz is incredible and seriously have never once had a poor experience. Everyone is talented and gives excellent massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
