Enhanced Family Physio….appropriate name for the best physical therapy around . It’s not just the usual exercise and repeat for weeks, it is truly enhanced with customized plans, cupping and needling if you are comfortable with that, heat and electrical stimulation. Dr.
I have found the team of Enhanced Family Physio to be excellent. They are very caring, listen to me, develop a plan to correct by problem, and execute the plan! PLUS, they offer therapies you cannot do at home: High grade TINS unit stimulation, really warm hearting pads, cupping with deep tissue massage, dry needling,…
I have suffered with TMJ for decades. Enhanced Family Physio has been working with me for ONE WEEK and brought more relief than mouth guards ever have. If you have pain that hasn't been successfully addressed before I highly recommend checking them out. They do PT, cupping, dry needling, personalized exercises etc.
Zac Cooper is not your run-of-the-mill physical therapist—he’s truly exceptional. His knowledge, attention to detail, and personalized approach to care set him apart from anyone I’ve worked with before. He takes the time to listen and genuinely cares about your progress and well-being.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
