From the reviews
My husband gifted me a whole package of a scrub, massage and floating therapy. The first half of the experience was perfect. My therapist was professional and really good at providing relief to my very contracted and stressed muscles. I loved every second of it. However, the floating therapy was not my favorite.
As soon as you walk in the door you are instantly relaxed. Soft music, essential oils in the diffuser, a beautiful lobby, and genuinely kind and helpful people behind the front desk. We were greeted with tea while we filled out our paperwork.
My first float ever. I thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of floating in water, you can choose music and lights or quiet and dark. The massage was fantastic, they make sure to work through areas that bother you. Work and life is stressful and 100 miles per hour sometimes, this is a great way to relax and treat yourself.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
