Endeavor Physical Therapy has been a welcoming experience after a recent accident. From day one I was greeted by Brittany who guided me thru completing all of the paperwork and setting up all of my recurring appointments which was a breeze and fit my schedule.
For severalMonths, I have had the opportunity to work with the fine people at Endeavor in Manor, Texas. From the receptionist to my Therapist, a fine young man named Varden Vu, inclusive of the main boss, I have been thoroughly impressed and honored to have received such care.
As this was my first visit , the front desk clerk was very courteous and helpful. She performed excellent customer service. She assigned me to Therapist Amy who is so dedicated and by listening to her you could tell she enjoys what she does.
2-TKR Therapy. VARDEN-FERNANDO-LITE were super awesome .. they were considerate, smiley, attentive, professional & great listeners. LANA -office clerk was always super sweet, smiley, & always so courteous. I would certainly return back for all future therapies. Big hugs to all the staff. Thank you to all.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
