I’ve been seeing Haleigh since March for cupping and massage. As a body worker myself (I’m a Rolfer) I often struggle to find practitioners that I trust and can do the work my body needs. My first session with her was only 30 minutes and I knew within the first 5 minutes she had something special.
I cannot say enough good things about Haleigh and Encanto Massage! I’ve seen Haleigh several times now for cupping on my shoulders and back and she has provided instant relief that both doctors and physical therapists couldn’t. She’s so knowledgeable, intentional, and truly incredible at her job.
Haleigh gave me the best massage I have ever had. Literally the best! Between deep pressure and light pressure and my first experience with cupping (which I 100% recommend) my body feels better than it has in years.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
