My very first massage was with Emerald Springs Spa, just over a year ago. Even then, I knew my experience was an exceptional one. From the feel of the environment, the expertise of my messause and her calming aura, down to the aftercare and follow up after our session had ended, I loved everything about it.
Love getting all my massages here! All the massage therapists are great and attentive to detail. I have had a great experience every time. One of my favorite things to add on to my trip to Emerald is the red light therapy. They make everything great by how welcoming and friendly they are!
Emerald Springs Hershey is absolutely the best !! The front desk is always warm & welcoming (Shout out to Brenna...she's a doll!). I always leave feeling renewed and relaxed! (Shout out to Joe & Jenny...they have different styles but are equally skilled and always address any issues I am having with care!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
