The only massage therapist I trust! Carly is so skillful and caring, I walk away floating on a cloud every time. She has relieved so much tension and restriction with her cupping skills and all the other techniques she implements. Stop wasting money on lousy massages. Get the absolute best with Carly. ❤️❤️❤️
Carly at Butterfly Holistics is truly exceptional! From the moment I arrived, her professional demeanor and attention to detail set the perfect tone. The ambiance she created was deeply relaxing - exactly what I needed to de-stress. What really sets Carly apart is her masterful technique.
Carly is an extremely skilled massage therapist who takes time to listen to what you need. She knows exactly how to address my specific concerns each time I see her. Her massages are fantastic for addressing my migraine headaches as well as muscle tension and pain in my neck.
The moment I walked in the door I was greeted by Carly. She was as friendly as could be and seemed genuinely happy to meet me. I was excited to be having my first ever full body massage at age 65! She directed me into her massage room and gave me the general idea of what I could expect.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
