Dr.Vick has kept my high paced family moving. He is a good Christian man that we look forward to seeing for his positive personality as well as his professional services. Dr.Vick starts with a heated massage and soft tissue work, then moves over to doing the adjustment.
Dr.Vick is the best! I've seen several chiropractors over the years and none have been so thorough. He does manual adjustments (though he does use the activator for our kiddo's adjustments) but it is still very gentle. He starts with heat and a massaging tool to loosen up your tight muscles before adjusting you. Dr.
After years of trying different chiropractors, Dr. Vick stands out as our favorite. Unlike the 'typical' chiropractic experience, he uses a unique blend of techniques. He's patient, listens intently, and dedicates the perfect amount of time to each patient. Most importantly, his expertise extends beyond the spine.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
