“Dr Konner was patient in listening and recommended shock wave therapy for 6-8 weeks, and guess what am pain free now.”
“She is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and truly understands the physical demands of gymnastics.”
“Konner takes the time to listen to your concerns and issues before just jumping into treatment, showing that tailored plans are much more effective than a one size fits all.”
“Dr Konner put me on a treatment plan that included adjustments, electrical stimulation, and physical therapy/training to rehab my knee and and regain muscle and stability in my quads.”
From the reviews
After having consistent pain with a different PT clinic in Dallas for over 8 months, I saw Jerry for PT here and my lower back pain from my herniated discs was reduced by about 90% after just a week of working with him. Actually insane.
Dr. Konner has been an absolute magician. I came in suffering from quad tendinitis and issues from a previously torn labrum, as well as general stiffness and inflammation from hard workouts.
I've struggled with chronic hip issues for years and tried everything and multiple chiropractors - but nothing came close to the results I've gotten with Dr. Konner.
Dr Konner has been incredible while helping me rehab my knee over the past few months. I'm 53 and suffer from osteoarthritis resulting from a football injury when I was 16.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
