Just came here for the first time since Monika moved her massage services over. The location is lovely - a big clean store front and then several treatment rooms in the back. Everything was clean, calming and welcoming. Monika's treatments are always the best!
Go see Monica for a 2 hour massage. She does mixed modalities; scraping (Gua shua?), cupping, traction, stretching, deep massage. Very talented massage therapist! Thank you Monica! I had a 2 hour massage earlier this year with her and again yesterday and I will make a point to see her every time I come to town.

I love the establishment so much. Melinda is magical and helped me through IVF, with my migraines, anxiety and during pregnancy. Ha is wonderful for when I had a migraine and needed an IV and Janine has magic hands and helped me through my pregnancy pains. Highly recommended this place.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
