“I don’t want to drive home from StL after being so relaxed so I prefer Franklin county.”
From the reviews
I had my first massage with Jackie today! I’ve been to some pretty amazing Spas and this massage was the BEST I’ve had locally. I don’t want to drive home from StL after being so relaxed so I prefer Franklin county. The atmosphere was relaxing. The decor and lighting in the massage room was perfect.
🤗WOW ! I recently had a massage session with Jackie at Elements of Health and I must say it was a Most Positive experience. The atmosphere was calming, table was very comfortable, space was clean and inviting. Jackie was very caring and attentive taking the time to understand my needs and areas of tension.
Laura did an amazing job with a much needed distress massage. Being from out of town it's always difficult getting a great massage, but I highly recommend this place!
Had a massage with Laura today and she was awesome! If you want someone whose really going to dig in and get those knots broken up she's your gal.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
