From the reviews

I've never had a massage before and woke up this morning and essentially "gave up" as my back was in so much pain that I searched for massage clinics and found this one through Google. I booked online (which I like because talking to people makes me anxious) and was scheduled with Kyler.

I usually have a hard time finding a new massage therapist or massage business I like but I’ve been going here once a month since July, have tried at least 5 different therapists here, and have not had any bad experiences. They all have been therapeutic for my body and mind. The environment is welcoming and relaxing.

Had the best experience ever from Elements massage! The front desk worker, Q, was extremely friendly and helpful not only when helping me when I was at my appointment, but also when making my appointment. The other front desk people were also friendly. Angie did a great massage!

★★★★★ — Ashley, May 2024

I tried a new therapist after my regular masseuse of 2 + years left. I was worried, but in the end thrilled at how skilled my new therapist is! Change is good. I am recovering from surgery and feel completely confident that we can work together to get me back to full function.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
