Recently got a membership and it is definitely worth it and needed. So far I have been massaged by Desarae and Katie both are very good at what they do. Katie was the most recent massage with cupping and good pressure which was magical the knot in my shoulder is gone for now.
I have been getting massages for decades and have spent a lot of money at high end spas and franchise massage places. I have NEVER had the quality of service, professionalism as I have at this location. Kenna at the front desk is amazing, welcoming and knows what it's like to provide customer service.
I really liked it here. First the receptionist was very friendly. I honestly don't remember her name but she was very friendly and she helped me with my paperwork. The waiting area was clean, and the atmosphere was very relaxing and semi dark so that you could see but also not have so much light. It was really nice.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
