From the reviews

My frozen shoulder symptoms were relieved a lot after I received therapeutic massages from Sabrina! Each time after the visit, I feel better on my shoulders than last time. Sabrina applied the meridian system in Chinese medicine theory in her massage therapy service.

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Sabrina, a truly dedicated and skilled practitioner. For the past two years, I have endured persistent and debilitating knee pain, accompanied by discomfort in other areas of my body caused by compensation and substitution.

★★★★★ — Howard, Jan 2025

My daughter had shoulder pain. After an hour of treatment and cupping, she was completely recovered and her entire back felt very comfortable. A few weeks ago, she saw a doctor but didn't get any help. I saw this spa's cupping service on the Internet.

★★★★★ — Lin, Jul 2025

Sabrina is amazing. I came in with major shoulder pain and discomfort both of my shoulders. She pin point the source of my pain. After my session with her I was able to raise my arms straight up. I couldn’t do that before. Added to her technique is the cupping. This therapy is what I needed.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
