From the reviews

The front staff are always super friendly and courteous. This was my second time getting a massage from Keira and she’s absolutely amazing! I usually don’t relax as much as I have been with her, so much that I even start to doze off and I don’t want to move anything.

★★★★☆ — Amanda, Nov 2025

I believe service starts at the phone call. I called and left a voicemail. I was surprised Ange was very quick to call me back. She was really kind and helpful in giving me all the details I needed as I'm not a regular massage-goer. I was able to schedule for the next day.

★★★★★ — Leah, Jan 2024

I had such a great experience during my visit. Ashley at the front desk was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. She was friendly, informative, and answered all my questions without ever making me feel pressured or “sold to,” which I really appreciated.

★★★★★ — Boyd, Dec 2025

Mo was very pleasant when she greeted me in the front lobby. Very personable and informative. Emily was probably the best massage I’ve ever had. She was able to identify all the knots and stressors I had in my shoulders and neck.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
