From the reviews
I have been going to these guys for years! From my regular adjustments to physical therapy for my injuries, they have always been thorough and took the time to address my needs.
I was a bit surprised when I walked into the establishment and seen no yelling and screaming... I guess I watched to many movies lol. This office is a well oiled machine. Upon entering the facility I was greeted by a cheerful hello amd smile from the front desk executive.
Complete Rehab is amazing. Dr Brady is awesome, understanding and connecting with my issues. James in the front office is friendly and welcoming! Layla and Marlene in the back therapy room are very knowledgeable and helpful with my condition. The office has flexible hours and is very accommodating for my schedule.
I have been receiving care at Complete Rehab throughout the second half of my pregnancy, and I am continually impressed by the entire team. From the front desk staff to the doctors and their support teams, everyone ensures that I am not only comfortable but also thoroughly informed about every aspect of my treatment.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
