From the reviews

I suffer from migraines and today’s was pretty bad. I have prescription medication that works pretty darn good-usually one pill does the trick. Today it did not, so I took another. And even that didn’t work. So I tried all the things- caffeine, Alta meds, water, food, etc. and nothing worked.

Front desk staff was kind and super friendly. Jennifer has exceptional customer service. My massage therapist Tim, listened to my concerns and focus areas. He did an amazing job!! Best massage I've ever had. I'm definitely scheduling again and considering a membership. Thank you!

Everyone was phenomenal. I accidentally went to the wrong location and then ended up a few minutes late to my appt at paradise valley. The staff was very accommodating, while i did not think I was entitled to such a thing, they were able to move my appt a few minutes so that I could still get my full time.

I had Carlee as my masseuse when I was there the last time and she did some phenomenal deep tissue exercises on my back. It felt amazing, I could tell she really enjoys what she does but also really cares about the comfortability of the client which I deeply appreciate in a workplace like such!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
