From the reviews

I had an amazing experience. Lucy is truly professional and her massage was excellent. She works with great care, calmness, and skill, and after the massage I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. I would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone looking for a high-quality, professional massage.

Great experience! Had an amazing experience, I was a little hesitant at first, it being a little tucked away and also surrounded by other spas. Who offers similar things, but also places that will do the same thing for 3x the price! They were very nice, massage felt great! They know what they're doing!

I did the hot stone essential oil massage. The massage was great. I bought a Groupon- so the price was reasonable. I don’t think I would want to pay the full price - it’s a little pricey but comparable to Massage Envy prices. If you pay in cash, you get a discount.

The massage was great! And I definitely enjoyed the hot stones & oils. The only thing I will say is, it did smell super strongly of cat litter the whole time sadly so it did distract from the massage quite a bit for me. And that's coming from someone with 2 cats at home, so I'm definitely not just sensitive to it.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
