I don't get massages on a regular basis but instead, I book when I feel I really need the therapy & relaxation or as a special treat if I am on vacation. I've always been impressed with the staff at Elements Massage in Middleton. From the front desk staff to the therapists, everyone is very friendly & professional.
Five stars all around for Elements Massage. The entire facility is super clean, peaceful, and well-maintained. The customer service is truly impeccable, making every visit seamless and welcoming. I decided to purchase a monthly membership solely because of Samantha.
When I walked in, it was a beautiful relaxing environment. The women behind the desk were kind and welcoming. My massage therapist was very professional. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me the best massage I have ever had. I have been to about 20 different massage therapists, and she was the best by far.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
