From the reviews

I wanted to take a moment to recognize two extraordinary massage therapists at your location – Nick and Kam. As someone who has received regular massages for the past ten years, I can say without hesitation that the level of skill, care, and intention these two bring to their work is truly unmatched.

★★★★★ — Anastasia, May 2025

My first visit to an Elements Massage location. First, the appointment scheduling was super easy to manage online and I was able to find a massage in a time that worked with my schedule, which to be fair was pretty last minute.

★★★★★ — Gwen, Feb 2024

You get a better experience if you pay attention to the number ratings on each therapist. The office staff explained that it refers to the firmness of the pressure that the therapists can deliver. I prefer firmer pressure and I've been able to find a few great people there.

★★★★☆ — Alan, Sep 2016

Great front desk staff - always helpful. Owner Roger is quite involved and strives for great care. Have been happy with 90% of my massages there - helps that they use a rating system which is typically consistent.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
