My wife enrolled us in a monthly plan. She had her massage first, and raved about the facility and professional level of service she received. She "floated" home. I had my massage a week later, hoping to receive relief of back pain from herniated disc.
I love Jimmy which is the only reason I stay! The store is raising the cost of every massage by $10 to cover ‘operating costs’! When I messaged the store back upon receiving the email about this price increase, I was told that they were the last store to raise their price in this area.
Very friendly staff and great experience with massage! I highly recommend the Peoria location at 7857 W. Bell Rd. They are so kind and professional, whereas I cannot say the same about the Glendale location 19420N. 59th Ave.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
