From the reviews

I been here 3 times already and my lady never fail to get my knots all kneaded and I had cupping and deep tissue done. Amazing job.

This place is absolutely what I needed. The staff were very attentive and friendly. My masseuse was very attentive and receptive to any feedback on pressure - always being sure to check-in. I had a 90 min. massage with hot stone and cupping and I walked out of there feeling so much better.

I love this place, Amy is my go to.for massage and cupping. I was never into getting messages, however as I age my body yells at me to get them lol. I am now a member and pay a reasonable monthly fee

I just had my massage 3 days ago and just walking out of my hair spa now. I'm so grateful my husband set this birthday surprise up for me! The ladies were amazing and the service met up to the name! They're "D Best". I will definitely be coming back and bringing the hubby along next time.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
