My massage experience was excellent. My masseuse, Mark, did an amazing job. He was very attentive and asked me plenty of questions to tailor the massage to my needs. The rest of the staff are also super friendly as well. The ambience was soothing and smelled wonderful. I will definitely book again with Mark.
Mark is definitely my go-to massage therapist. His deep tissue massages have been great for my physical and mental health. Nothing but good things to say about his service! Very kind and understanding and great for anyone new to massage therapy!
The front desk staff have always been very pleasant and easy to schedule with. All the masseuses have been great over the years. I ended up doing the monthly plan because I luckily got scheduled with Mark one time and now I see him monthly. He truly loves helping his clients and it shows.
I have been visiting this location for 2 years because of Mark! My 1st experience here was not great but I decided I was going to give it one more try and ask for a new massage therapist for my 2nd visit. I was provided Mark as my new therapist and he is great!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
