My massage here was absolutely amazing!! Vincent was my masseuse and he was the best person for the job. I have hypermobile joints so he focused primarily on neuro-skeletal work and myofascial release and massage. It’s been 2 weeks since my last massage and I feel so much better than I did before getting the massage.
I got an hour long prenatal massage and it was absolutely perfect! Chardonnay did my massage and it was the best I’ve ever gotten. It was just the right amount of pressure and I felt so comfortable. I would not change a single thing! I will be recommending anyone and everyone to Elements Massage .
I had an hour and half deep tissue massage by Chad and he did great. Plenty of pressure and really worked hard on the knotted areas of my back, neck, and legs. Everyone was great and it was a very comfortable environment.
If it is a true deep tissue massage that you want, Vincent is undoubtedly the best. I had massages from Vincent 10 years ago and he was never matched over that time by other massages I've had. I recently found Vincent again at Elements Stonebriar. Unbelievably, his abilities have grown even more.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
