From the reviews

Go ahead and book her. She's worth it! I originally met Mariah at a fitness event and got a quick 10 minute shoulder massage. Her hands felt like magic. I almost fell asleep but 10 minutes just wasn't long enough. I ended up booking her for my birthday event where she gave my guests 10 minute massages.

★★★★★ — Erica, May 2026

It was my first time in such a long time getting a massage and I was skeptical but decided to give it a try. So I looked around and found this wonderful young lady who was easy to speak with and responsive to any questions I had. The day came and found her to be flexible and willing to work with me as a new customer.

★★★★★ — Rene, May 2026

Hands down one of the BEST in business! This young lady has HEALING HANDS! As a former Collegiate athlete, the knowledge and attention to detail displayed during my massage was top tier. The deep tissue gave me life. Mariah has a great understanding of body types and got me feeling right!

★★★★★ — Trl, Mar 2026

Mariah is amazing she’s very knowledgeable about different types of massages and which one her clients can benefit from. She takes her time to ensure you’re comfortable and doesn’t rush your appointment. I will definitely be back!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
