LOVE this Elements location!!! 10/10 customer service. Everyone at the front desk is always so kind and helpful. The facility is wicked clean which makes it that much easier to relax. Highly recommend Jamie if you like medium to firm pressure. 10/10 would recommend this elements location to friends and family!
Had my 1st session tonight. Brittany was very knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and got to work on them. She even suggested and showed me some streches to do to help my tightness. Studio was clean and inviting. I was comfortable the whole time! Can't wait for my 90 minute appointment!
The staff at the front desk is exceptionally warm and welcoming. They offer many "little perks" like bottles of water and peppermint patties while you wait. The lobby / waiting area are always clean and quiet.
Otis was absolutely amazing! I do a lot of physical labor so my back, neck, and shoulders give me a lot of grief. He masterfully worked all the muscles around my back and provided the most relief I've had in years. He was friendly and professional and made sure the pressure he was using was comfortable.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
