Around October of last year my boyfriend was looking for a massage place for me for my birthday and he stumbled upon Elements. He looked through the massage therapists and settled on Kayla as the perfect person. She’s one of the therapists who has the 10$ up charge and she’s worth every penny.
Sandy is incredible, I book every appointment with her because I know I will leave relaxed and relieved! Such an incredible experience every time, she always caters to my needs and makes recommendations for focus areas based on my lifestyle! Absolutely the best 10/10
Haven’t been in for a while just because I totaled my car but this has to be my favorite. I drove 35-40mins just to see Able. He is by far the best therapist I have had in all my years! If you’re not sure about anyone else I definitely recommend him!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
