1st time ever having a massage at Elements Massage and it was great! The overall experience was lovely. From walking into the front door, I was greeted with professionalism and pleasant smiles! Cucumber water was provided, as well... My massage therapist, Natalie, was AWESOME... nothing but AWESOMENESS!!!
Just had one of the best massages I’ve had in CO by James! I get a lot of massages and have even massaged myself. He was very knowledgeable and professional but most of all you could tell he had a passion for helping people. I don’t think people understand how important this healing modality can be.
First time at Elements Massage Piney Creek. The waiting area and rooms are basic. They are very clean and both my wife and I really enjoyed our massage therapists Heather Ann and Chris. They both asked what areas to focus on and how much pressure to use. We were very relaxed after the 60 minutes and offered water.
I usually don’t go to chain massage places, but this location is amazing! Markus was my therapist and when I say that it was the best massage i have gotten, i mean it! From the second I walked through the door to the moment I left was just a phenomenal experience. I will definitely be back soon!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
