From the reviews

Needed some R&R so I treated myself to a massage. Great service from the young lady who answered the phone to the massage therapist. All the staff members wore masks properly and so did most of the other patrons in the waiting area. Plenty of off street parking. Christian was assigned to do my massage, he was amazing.

I was very pleased with my recent session at Elements (Canton). From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff to my massage therapist (Nikki). I had some pain in my mid/lower back that my therapist was able to locate and work out. Pressure was spot on.

I have been a member @Elements Canton for several years now. My most favorite therapist left after after I had been his client for many years. To say I was hesitant about finding someone knew is a huge understatement.

Vinnie is an outstanding massage therapist and healer. His intuitive touch and expertise create a deeply relaxing and restorative experience. Vinnie's personalized approach and genuine care for his clients make him the best therapist I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
