Particularly after spending two years in a love-hate relationship with Massage Envy (loved our therapist, hated our experience with the front office and management), being members of Elements has been a refreshing and welcome experience!
Honestly, this was one of the best all around massage experiences I've had. All of the staff were so incredibly friendly- Gabrielle is awesome. It's a beautiful space...and it's new and fresh, very clean. And Avery has to be one of the very best massage therapists I've been to.
I always have a great experience here. I have tried two other corporate-run massage companies and this one is the best by far. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and I always get a good massage no matter who I see. I highly recommend Elements Massage and so sorry I put Massage Envy in my first review.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
