From the moment I stepped through the door I knew I was in for something special. The front desk attendants were warm, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. Their calm energy immediately set the tone for the rest of my visit.

Jared is an incredibly intuitive massage therapist whose touch feels both grounded and attuned. His calm, steady presence creates a field of safety where my sensitive nervous system can truly rest. Each session invites a deeper wave of release—tension softens, breath opens, and energy begins to flow freely again.

★★★★★ — Katherine, Oct 2025

I had an incredible experience with Chris! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. The elite massage is always absolutely fantastic—just the right pressure and incredibly relaxing. Chris is intuitive, professional, and genuinely attentive to individual needs. I always leave feeling completely tension-free.

★★★★★ — Anna, Nov 2024

Recently I had a massage with Ariel and she is and always has been such a great massage therapist. After my massage I experienced some side effects that was directly related to the major surgery that I had 2 weeks before I saw her.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
