What clients say about the cupping here
“I have found the sessions to be incredibly relaxing, and Beata truly excels in her craft.”
From the reviews
I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years. I absolutely love Lesley, Leah and Naz. Heloise is also good! The scheduling, check-in and out process is smooth and I get reminders for my appointments. I deducted a star due to some recent changes in the membership bday perks.
I have found the sessions to be incredibly relaxing, and Beata truly excels in her craft. After each session, I feel a sense of relaxation, and my body aches significantly improve. I would highly recommend scheduling a massage session with Beata.
Mario was great! He communicated effectively before, during and after the massage to ensure I was getting the kind of massage I needed. He also made helpful recommendations for future treatments based on what he observed in my musculature. I was not planning on booking another massage, but after that session, I did!
Been here twice and I am amazing and so happy I found a place that focuses on the customer/client needs. I have been to a lot of massage therapist and majority don’t focus on what I needed specifically for my situation. Rudy and Karen are amazing !!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
