This place was wonderful! I called on Sunday and was able to get in the next day. I got a prenatal massage with hot rocks everywhere but my belly (I'm 21 weeks pregnant). Ann was my massage therapist. She was gentle, patient, and communicated everything very well to me. I highly recommend! Plan on going back..

I’m a member and get massages often. This facility is by far my favorite! The front desk people are also so nice and polite. As far as the therapists, I’ve weeded through the good and not so good ones. I let the desk people know so it’s noted who I like and who I don’t. If for some reason I forget, it’s noted.
I have had numerous massages in my life, they are one of my favorite treats. I’ve probably seen at least 20 massage therapists throughout the years, never had a bad one, but can say Erin is my favorite massage therapist I’ve ever had.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
