“The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with soft lighting and calming music that immediately put me at ease.”
“Very clean facilities, decently-sized private rooms, and there was even a high-end blow dryer suite for guests to finish getting ready without holding up the float room.”
“While I’m not the kind of guy to regularly get massages, it was a very welcoming safe place that helped me achieve the looseness and relaxation it was promised it would be!”
From the reviews
This is such a great experience. I love it. It felt like you were in a big bathtub. You float off into your mind, and it is very relaxing. The shower afterward was very nice. I left the place feeling relaxed and clean.
Went in for a float session and my experience was great. Very clean facilities, decently-sized private rooms, and there was even a high-end blow dryer suite for guests to finish getting ready without holding up the float room. Loved it, will go back whenever I’m in town!
My doctor recommended getting regular massages for stress and migraines. I had a wonderful Swedish massage here - relaxing and calming. I don’t like deep tissue and I’m glad the massage therapist could accommodate my needs. She was professional and kind. Everything was very clean. I will be back.
I have Carolyn that I see once a month she is very good always gives me the most respect she is kind and friendly and always does a great job. The front desk staff are always very friendly and kind I highly recommend Elements if you are in need of a massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
