From the reviews
…I've had both acupuncture and cupping with Ashley, and both are amazing treatments and even better when paired together. I recommend Elemental Wellness to anyone who is looking to improve their health and well-being and overall health journey, both mind and body. Ashley is absolutely wonderful.
…Reiki and cupping is also offered as an add on to acupuncture. The office is beautiful, has positive welcoming energy. If you are looking for a functional medicine and/or herbal treatment, it is also available. I trust both Anna and Ashley and highly recommend them for any issues you are having.
As a martial artist and athlete I'm someone who is very in-tune with their body. I also greatly value my health and I'm always looking for ways to improve it. My treatment with Ashley was very eye-opening as it showed me that there were several elements of wellness that I had overlooked.
I love love LOVE Ashley at Elemental. She creates such a safe and supportive energy during sessions that allows for deep rest and healing. She is also very kind and communicative in regard to booking session and emails which is very helpful! You can tell she actually cares about her clients and I am deeply grateful!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
