Do yourself a favor and get a message from Lindsay! She was awesome. She took her time to work through my pain points and stress areas. She truly seemed to enjoy helping me relax and feel good. Highly recommend!

Stacy is wonderful! What I loved most was going in and asking for a drastic change but being told that it wasn't exactly possible in the first round. I'd rather a hairdresser be honest about expectations than attempt to do something that wouldn't work out.

I brought my bridal party to Element Day Spa as a treat to pamper the ladies the day of my wedding. We had such a GREAT TIME! We had our own room to relax, we brought in lunch and champagne and helped each other pick out hairstyles. The hairstylist, Stacy, is so sweet and very helpful.

My family and I have been going to Element Day Spa for several years now and can say that every service has been wonderful. We are so pleased and my adult kids always ask for gift cards for their holiday and birthday gifts as top request! Love this business as they are class act and very customer focused.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
