From the reviews

Dr Adam is the man! I somehow aggravated my patellar tendon in my left knee. After 3 weeks of taking it easy it wasn't getting any better. I called multiple physical therapy places and none of them could tell me what the cash price was of each session.

Becky was an amazing PT for my 13 year old daughter to work with. She was working through knee and hamstring pain from a major growth spurt but had unique needs being a dancer. Becky really listened to her issues and designed a specialized program for her while constantly checking for progress.

After injuring my shoulder and suffering through some nagging runners knee symptoms, my doctor recommended I check out Eclipse for my PT...I am so glad I did. The whole process was super friendly. They got me in quick and Adam was extremely thorough during my evaluation.

To say we're pleased with Talia would be an understatement. I could not be more thankful that our paths crossed with her and we were introduced to her. My daughter is a competitive gymnast and had a traumatic elbow injury this past spring, it was important to us to get her the right care to make sure she could get…

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
