Training Crossfit and Boxing can put some pressure on the body.. Lucky enough, the gym I go to, Savage Elite Fitness actually works with Edge CMT in the same facility, out of Lathrop, California ✅ My tension areas were respected with detailed focus, and I was provided useful next steps regarding my nutrition with…
Happened to be in town and had serious muscle tension. Half an hour later I felt like I had a new chance to be young again. Thank you sir for introductory special and confident hard work and clear communication .
I had major pain in my shoulder and arm, and Jesse helped me so much. I have a demanding job and busy life, and I have gotten massages for years to relax. This is the first time I was in pain and needed a massage. I recently relocated here, and Jesse worked me in on short notice since I was having issues.
Best deep tissue message ever!! Great service, very professional and super effective.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
