From the reviews

Such a cute spa! Came in for a couples massage and the lady who booked me was so sweet and helpful. Our massage therapists Lashell and Elsy were beyond amazing! Lashell worked out all my knots and knew exactly where to go and what to relieve. One of the best massages I’ve had, I feel great.

I got a 90 minute deep tissue from lacy, she was amazing found all of my knots, my shoulders and back felt so loose the next day, as I was sore for the rest of the day but that was to be expected.

★★★★★ — Cristine, Oct 2022

Very clean, quiet and expect a classic, relaxing ambience. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and well versed with their craft. I left extremely relaxed and ready for the work week. The wife was also super content with her massage and detox wrap. I will recommend to friends and family.

This is my 2nd appointment withTracy Reedy she is amazing! I came in for a myofacial realease on the first appointment and then some reflexology today! She slowly and gently applies enough pressure to melt away pain and stress. She is very knowledgeable and professional.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
