From the reviews
Literally Blissed out after an amazing 90 minute session with Tricia. This woman has a true gift! Tricia does thorough and intuitive bodywork in a beautiful sun filled studio, that smells amazing and feels beyond cozy.
Wonderful therapeutic and relaxing experience every time. Best in town for sure. Her cupping seems to work better and really helps my Elhhers Danlos a lot. I can't really say enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Five more makes it ten stars.
Tricia is a consummate pro. She arrives on time, does incredibly therapeutic work (including cupping!) and is so responsive to feedback.
I made an instant connection when my massage started. I can’t explain it but her touch is connecting. She understands where I need attention without verbal communication and has a sense of where she can do deeper and work, and where I just want comfort. Her room gives both a relaxing and healing vibe.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
