“What impressed me most is how she blends approaches: chiropractic adjustments alongside dry needling, cupping, and targeted soft tissue work, depending on what my body actually needs that day.”

From the reviews
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sarah Linder. She’s not your typical chiropractor — her depth of knowledge and range of treatment options set her apart from anywhere else I’ve been.
Dr.Linder is absolutely phenomenal, she doesn’t just do the same adjustment for every person. She evaluates your problem areas and gets to the root of your issue.
If i could give more than 5 stars, I would! As someone who does CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and just lifts heavy several days a week, I occasionally deal with aches, pains, and sometimes injury. And Dr. Linder has been my go-to whenever something doesn’t feel right, especially with my lower back, shoulders, and neck.
As someone who does CrossFit, having a chiropractor I can trust is a game changer. She always listens and truly cares about my concerns. She keep me moving, helps me recover faster, and always take the time to address what’s going on.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
