From the reviews
The staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived. Dr. Adrian worked wonders on my severely pulled hamstring, using dry needling and cupping on the damaged area. I had been immobile for the first 24 hours, but after just one visit, I was back on my feet and walking with confidence.
Dr Brandi and Zena are amazing. Got an adjustment, cupping, and shockwave therapy and red light therapy all in one session. I feel like I made weeks of progress in one session. Looking forward to my next appt.
Dr. Kate proved to me the Chiropractic is more than back cracking. She help alleviate preexisting back and knee issues while not making her explanations feel like a lecture. She's also a great listener and takes feedback in account. Would definitely recommend seeing her if you want Grade A patient care
I had an excellent experience at Dynamic Sports Medicine. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and was immediately impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Dr. McCarthy was incredibly thorough during my examination and took the time to explain every procedure in detail.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
