Five stars does not seem enough to rate the experience I've had with Jennifer. Ten feels better. Fifteen better yet. From the onset, Jennifer greeted me with a smile and made me feel more than comfortable. She is patient and kind and fun to be around. She is also excellent at what she does.
Jennifer is absolutely fantastic! Her studio is calm and clean, and she is just as sweet as could be. Would give 6/5 stars if I could!
Jennifer was wonderful, great pressure and use of combinations of techniques (usually it just one at other places). She worked very well with my injury, both in communication and helping release tension around it without aggravating it. Her studio is very quiet as well.
Jennifer is excellent at what she does. I have been a client for a few years and she has helped me to address some chronic neck and back issues that had slowed me down. She is professional, kind and has a great atmosphere in her studio. Schedule an appointment…you won’t regret it!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
